I am a Danish law professor at the Department of Law, University of Southern Denmark. I defended my Danish dr.juris dissertation in 2017 and have been a professor since 2020. I have previously worked as an attorney-at-law and as a civil servant in the Danish Government. My research focuses on the constitutional framework of judicial review, emphasizing constitutional law, administrative law, and civil procedure. I have authored numerous books and articles on Danish law and contributed to the legal field by drafting documents for Danish and foreign court proceedings. Additionally, I am interested in the development and implications of artificial intelligence, particularly regarding the use of large language models within the legal system. Often quoted in Danish media, I also serve as principle legal advisor for Danish legal tech firm Pandektes and chairman of the Thomas Gerstenberg Foundation.
