Jeg har erfaring med udarbejdelse af juridiske responsummer mv. indenfor forfatnings- og forvaltningsret samt dele af civilretten, herunder responsummer vedrørende dansk civilproces. Det indbefatter notater, der har været fremlagt i en række danske retssager, herunder erklæringer til brug for den juridiske argumentation jf. retsplejelovens § 341a, stk.2.
Jeg har i øvrigt erfaring med udfærdigelse af responsummer til brug for behandling af retstvister i udlandet.
Legal Opinions under Danish Law
As a professor of law, former attorney and interim High Court Judge with broad experience in Danish law, I regularly provide independent legal opinions at the Danish courts and in cross-border contexts. My written opinions have been submitted as part of proceedings before civil courts in the UK, United States and other jurisdictions, where a precise understanding of Danish law has been required.
I have prepared expert statements and legal analyses in a wide range of areas, including both Danish civil law and administrative law. These documents are often used to establish the content or effect of Danish legal rules in proceedings or transactions with international relevance.
